• DURATION: Duration of the flight, from take off until landing
• DATE: Date of flight
• TASK STAT.: Task statistics available after pressing Enter
Note!
Task statistics are available only if a task was declared. If the task was modified during flight, the statistics
data will be based on the declared task and not on the real flown task and will be therefore be wrong.
After pressing Enter on TASK STAT, there will be delay of some seconds while the unit makes a
calculation before displaying:
• Tsk.dist: Task distance
• FINISHED: Confirms a correctly flown task with no missing points
• V: Average speed on task
• NoFINISH: Indicates that there is a problem with the task; some turn points or finish are missing
• Vario: Vario average and percentage of time spent climbing
• Track d.: Actual distance flown
4 Wiring and installation
As previously mentioned, the unit is very small is capable of being installed in many places in the glider. When
deciding on where to install it, one factor is whether or not the unit will be used in flight to display navigational
data. If so, then a position is required whereby it is easy to see the screen and manipulate the buttons during
flight. The unit is supplied with a dedicated mounting bracket that enables it to be easily removed when
required.
