3.2.5.1.3 OBS.ZONE BEEP
The unit will produce a “beep” audio signal once the sector is penetrated. The duration of this audio signal in
seconds can be defined and will be the same for every sector.
Note!
The audio signal is automatically inhibited for the first 3 minutes after takeoff to avoid distraction should the
start zone be penetrated while on tow.
3.2.5.1.4 I-RECORD DATA
This input defines which additional records will be added to the IGC file. This facility is an advanced feature
and it is recommended that it is not activated unless the composition of IGC records is fully understood. The
exception is the ENL (engine noise level) function which should be activated in self launching and self
sustaining gliders.
GSP, recording of ground speed
TRT, track
WDI, wind direction
WVE, wind speed
ENL, engine noise level (obligatory Y, for motor gliders)
start point, 1TPR
