The contents of the license agreement:
Dear User,
By installing Smart Control Software (“Software")
You are entering as a party (“User”) into the following license agreement.
All software of Pracownia Automatyki Przemysłowej Mabit is subject to copyright protection.
LICENSE AGREEMENT
By and between the Software User and Pracownia Automatyki Przemysłowej MABIT registered in Andrychów
(“Developer”).
1. Installing the Software constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Developer provides the User with a copy of the program and licenses its use without charge.
3. This agreement authorizes you to install one or more copies of the software on multiple computers
4. Copyright and other rights to the Software are owned by the Developer, are their property and are protected by the
copyright laws of the Republic of Poland and international conventions.
5. The User should treat the software in the same way as any other object of copyright law.
6. The User is not authorized to decode the software and use other similar methods of analysis or modify the Software
in whole or in part.
7. The User may not sell, rent software without the written consent of the investor.
8. Exclusion of liability for damages.
This software is thoroughly tested for reliability. However,
the Developer cannot guarantee that the Software will meet all user needs, nor that its operation will always be
perfect.
The User bears all risks associated with the use of the Software.
The manufacturer is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Software, regardless of the cause and
subject.
9. The User is entitled to technical assistance provided by the author by phone or e-mail
to get answers to questions related to the functioning of the software.
10. The developer has the right to refuse to provide such assistance,
In the case of User's interference in the structure of the database or any other software files.
