10. Copyrights
All copyrights for the S80PWM Module device and its software are owned by Mabit.
Mabit is not liable for any damage incurred directly or indirectly resulting from misuse or incorrect
product operation.
11. Guarantee conditions
1. Pracownia automatyki przemysłowej Mabit hereinafter referred to as the Supplier, grants a
guarantee for the equipment sold, based on the hereby General Conditions of Guarantee.
2. The Supplier undertakes to supply brand new and working equipment.
3. The Supplier guarantees advice on the installation and use of the equipment offered, during
the guarantee and post-guarantee period.
4. In case of an agreement concluded between the Supplier and the Buyer containing conditions
other than those specified in the General Conditions of Agreement, the conditions contained in
the agreement shall apply.
5. The Supplier guarantees to the Buyer that any device not working properly or having a
manufacturing defect, which has been reported and conveyed to the Supplier in accordance with
the terms herein during the guarantee period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
6. In case when the guarantee period has not been specified in detail, the guarantee is granted
for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the product.
7.The guarantee granted shall be binding for the Supplier only towards the first Buyer of the
product.
8. The guarantee does not cover:
a) damage caused by transport;
b) damage caused by storage, installation, use and maintenance in a manner inconsistent
with the information contained in the manual provided by the Supplier;
c) mechanical, chemical, thermal and other damage caused by pollution;
d) damaged caused by altering the original device;
e) consequential damage caused by using the device despite its manufacturing failure being
noticed, unless the Supplier was notified and recommended further operation;
f) replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear during the operation (any kind of
lamps, fuses, batteries, etc.);
g) damage caused by force majeure (lightning, flood, etc.);
h) damage caused by overvoltage, strong magnetic or electromagnetic fields and other
circumstances beyond the Supplier’s control.
