9. The repair or replacement of the device due to damage described in item 8 may be performed
only at the Buyer’s expense and shall not extend the guarantee period.
10. The guarantee can be canceled due to service works/repairs/modifications of the device
performed by the persons/companies not authorized by the Supplier.
11. The Supplier shall not be liable for the loss of revenue, interruption of business activity or
operation of other devices, loss of data or any other direct or indirect damages and related costs
resulting from the operation of the provided devices.
12. Any costs resulting from malfunctioning of the devices provided by the Supplier may be
reimbursed, but may not exceed the price of the device.
13. Should any defects of the device be revealed during the warranty period, the Buyer should
immediately report the defect to the Supplier via phone, fax, letter or e-mail before sending the
device to the Supplier.
14. The Buyer shall provide the reported equipment at their own expense to the Supplier,
together with a copy of the purchase document and a detailed description of the defect or fault.
The provided equipment should be complete and in original packaging protected from damage.
Should there be no packaging, the person making the complaint shall bear the risk of damaging
the device.
15. The replaced or repaired device shall be provided to the Buyer by the Supplier at the
Supplier’s expense.
16. In case there is a mutual agreement of the parties, the repair may be performed by the
Supplier out of their seat.
17. Should the Supplier state that the warranty claim has been unfounded, in whole or in part, the
Supplier shall notify the Buyer and offer him a paid repair or replacement of equipment. Should
the Supplier state that the complaint has been wholly unfounded, the Supplier shall return the
device to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense, and if the repair is determined to have been
performed out of the Suppliers seat, they shall charge the Buyer with travel costs.
18. The Supplier warrants the Buyer a continuous acceptance of warranty claims on working
days during working hours, and replacement or repair under guarantee within 14 (fourteen)
working days from the date of delivery of the device to the Supplier’s seat. In case there is a
necessity to perform a complex repair lasting over 14 days, the Supplier obliges itself to
immediately inform the Buyer on such fact and specify the planned date of completion of the
repair, but no longer than further 14 working days from the date of delivery of the device.
19. Any information not specified in this document may be obtained by the Buyer via telephone
or by electronic means within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of purchase.
