Warranty/Liability
The “General sales terms and delivery conditions” of MAFI-
Transport-Systeme GmbH always apply. MAFI rules out
warranty and liability claims for personal injury and material
damage if they result from one or more of the following:
z Unintended use of the MT (see “Intended use” on
page 17),
z Ignoring the notes, regulations and prohibitions of the
maintenance manual,
z Arbitrary constructional modifications on the MT,
z Poor monitoring of parts that are subject to wear,
z Improper and late maintenance.
