How to stabilize fluctuating LEVEL and % OUTPUT values on Magnetrol eclipse 705?
    • D
      dboydAug 25, 2025
If the LEVEL and % OUTPUT values are fluctuating, it could be due to turbulence. To stabilize the readings, increase the Damping factor.

How to troubleshoot 'EOP High' error on Magnetrol Measuring Instruments?
    • E
      Emily WoodSep 1, 2025
If the End of Probe signal is out of range, ensure the Probe Length is entered correctly.

    How to resolve 'Lvl
    • P
      poolerachelSep 2, 2025
If the apparent position of the upper level pulse is beyond the end of the probe, check the entered Probe Length and change the Threshold to Fixed.
  • A
    Ashlee BowenSep 2, 2025
How to troubleshoot 'No Fiducial' error on Magnetrol eclipse 705 Measuring Instruments?
    • J
      Jonathan RossSep 2, 2025
If the fiducial signal is not being detected, check the connection between the probe and the transmitter. Also, check for moisture on top of the probe and for a damaged gold pin in the high-frequency connector.
  • S
    Sharon McmillanSep 3, 2025
What does 'May be Flooded' mean on Magnetrol eclipse 705 and how to resolve it?
    • D
      Dr. Joann YoungSep 3, 2025
If there is a loss of level signal possibly due to flooding (Twin Rod probes only), decrease the level in the vessel. You can also set the Dielectric to a lower range value or replace it with a Model 7xR Overfill probe.
  • B
    Blake LopezSep 4, 2025
What does 'High Volume Flt' mean on Magnetrol Measuring Instruments and how can it be fixed?
    • M
      Melissa WhiteSep 4, 2025
If the level is more than 5% above the highest point in the strapping table, verify the strapping table is entered correctly. The signal amplitude may also be lower than desired.
  • G
    George MosleySep 4, 2025
How to resolve 'Hi Temperature' warning on Magnetrol eclipse 705 Measuring Instruments?
    • P
      Patricia MeyersSep 4, 2025
If the present temperature in the electronics compartment is above 80°C, the transmitter may need to be moved to ensure the ambient temperature is within specification, or change to a remote mount transmitter.
  • J
    judy91Sep 5, 2025
How to resolve 'Lo Temperature' warning on Magnetrol eclipse 705 Measuring Instruments?
    • R
      Rebecca CoxSep 5, 2025
If the present temperature in the electronics compartment is below -40°F (-40°C), the transmitter may need to be moved to ensure the ambient temperature is within specification, or change to a remote transmitter.
  • L
    Lisa AndersonSep 6, 2025
How to fix inaccurate LEVEL, % OUTPUT, and LOOP values on Magnetrol Transmitter?
    • A
      Andrew AlvaradoSep 6, 2025
If the LEVEL, % OUTPUT, and LOOP values are all inaccurate, the basic configuration data might be questionable. Try reconfiguring the Probe Model, Probe Mount, Probe Length, or Level Offset. Also, ensure the Level is accurate and verify the 4 mA and 20 mA Loop values.
  • P
    Patrick RitterSep 7, 2025
What to do if LEVEL, % OUTPUT, and LOOP values fluctuate on Magnetrol Transmitter?
    • M
      Mario CarrSep 7, 2025
If the LEVEL, % OUTPUT, and LOOP values are fluctuating, it might be due to turbulence. Increase the Damping factor until the readings stabilize.
