For easier extraction oset the foot of the mobile tube. (wedging,
055 - 27)
Disconnect the telescope cylinder (1, 055 - 33).
Remove the cylinder foot pivot pin (2, 055 - 33).
Pull out the moving tube (4, 055 - 33).
MOVING TUBE REFIT
2 Lower shim screws in the boom head: 69 N.m. (610.70 lb-in)
55.3.6 MANIPULATOR REFIT
Perform the calibration procedure at each manipulator replacement
(
680.4.2 MANIPULATOR CALIBRATION, 5 75).
55.3.7 BASKET REFIT
2 Basket rotation pivot pin locking screw on rotation / overload
support bracket: 23 N.m (203.57 lb-in) ±10 %.
2 Basket fastening screw on base (1, 055 - 34): 76 N.m (672.66lb-in)
±10%.
2 Basket fastening screw on base (2, 055 - 34): 77 N.m (681.51lb-in)
± 10%.
