Unable to detect pan position sensor calibration data.
PTCM P/T SENSOR CAL
Unable to detect pan/tilt sensor calibration data.
PTCO PU TMP CUTOFF
Ballast shut down because temperature is too high (thermal cutoff).
PTSE PU TMP SEN ERR
A ballast temperature sensor is not communicating normally. Fans set to full speed.
RFER RIGHT FROST ERROR
Right-side frost position indexing system error. Fixture will work normally but frost filter may lose
position and hit mechanical stop.
SHER SHORT ERROR
Short circuit error.
SHUE SHUTTER ERROR
Shutter position indexing system error. Fixture will work normally but shutter may lose position and
hit mechanical stop.
SLER SAFETY LOOP ERROR
Lamp safety loop circuit activated: lamp access hatch is open or lamp thermal cutoff activated.
SSTO SYSTEM STATE TIMEOUT
Failure to communicate with module during self-check at startup. Service intervention required.
Fixture control possibly disabled, depending on nature of error.
TIER TILT ERROR
Tilt alignment circuit error.
TSER TILT SENSOR ERROR
Unable to detect tilt position sensor calibration data.
UECH UPL ERR CHARGER
Could not upload new firmware to charger module.
UECM UPL ERR CMY
Could not upload new firmware to CMY module.
UECO UPL ERR COOLING
Could not upload new firmware to cooling module.
UEEF UPL ERR EFFECT
Could not upload new firmware to effects module.
UEPT UPL ERR PAN/TILT
Could not upload new firmware to pan/tilt module.
UEPU UPL ERR PU
Could not upload new firmware to ballast module.
UEUI UPL ERR UI
Could not upload new firmware to user interface module.
UEZF UPL ERR Z/F
Could not upload new firmware to zoom/focus module.
UPLD DMX UPLOAD ERROR
An error occurred during a firmware upload via the DMX data input. Check cabling and connections,
and then restart.
YEER YELLOW ERROR
Yellow position indexing system error. Fixture will work normally but yellow flags may lose position
and hit mechanical stop.
YTCO YOKE TMP CUT OFF
A yoke temperature sensor has reported a temperature above the permitted maximum for more
than 5 minutes. Lamp shut down. A fan may be defective or the ambient temperature may be too
high.
YTSE YOKE TMP SEN ERR
A yoke temperature sensor is not communicating normally. Fans set to full speed.
ZOER ZOOM ERROR
Zoom position indexing system error. Fixture will work normally but zoom may lose position and hit
mechanical stop.
