8.6 Elettromagnete motore
Caratteristiche:12V DC
Resistenze
Nero-Bianco ~0.332 Ohm
Nero-Rosso ~23.3 Ohm
Nero-Massa= Ohm
Metodo di controllo:
-Scollegate il connettore dell’elettromagnete
-Verificate che le resistenze rientrino nei valori
di tabella.
In alternativa è possibile eseguire la seguente
verifica pratica utilizzando una batteria da 12V
- Scollegare il connettore dell’elettromagnete
- Collegare il negativo della batteria sul cavo nero
ed il positivo sul cavo bianco, l’elettromagnete
deve andare in trazione
- Smontare l’elettromagnete dalla sede motore
- Collegare il negativo della batteria sul cavo
motore, il positivo sul cavo rosso, dopo essere
stato posizionato manualmente,
l’elettromagnete deve rimanere in ritenuta.
RIMEDIO: Sostituire elettromagnete
N.B.
-Al cavo Nero è associato il (–) batteria;
-Il cavo Bianco ha la funzione di mandare in tiro
l’elettromagnete (pul coil); quando il motorino di
avviamento parte (start da pulsante) riceve il (+)
batteria fino a quando il motorino di avviamento
non smette di girare.
-Il cavo Rosso ha la funzione di mantenere in tiro
l’elettromagnete (hold coil) una volta che il pul coil
ha tirato, riceve un (+) batteria da modulo prot.
Motore, al mancare del (+) batteria
l’elettromagnete si sgancia spegnendo il
generatore.
8.6 Engine electromagnet

Black-white ~0.332 Ohm
Black-red ~23.3 Ohm
Black-ground= Ohm
Test method:
-Detach the electromagnet connector
-Check that the resistors fall within the table
values.
Alternatively, the following practical test can be
carried out using a 12V battery
- Disconnect the electromagnet connector
- Connect the negative terminal of the battery to the black
cable and the positive to the white cable; the
electromagnet should start pulling.
- Detach the electromagnet from the engine seat
- Connect the negative terminal of the battery to
the engine cable and the positive to the red
cable; after being positioned manually, the
electromagnet should remain energised.
REMEDY: Replace the electromagnet
N.B.
-the (-) battery is associated with the Black cable;
-The White cable has the function of pulling the
electromagnet (pull coil); when the starter motor
starts (start from button) it receives the battery (+)
until the starter motor stops turning.
-The Red cable has the function of holding the
electromagnet pulled (hold coil); once the pull coil
has pulled, it receives a battery (+) from the engine
protection module. When the battery (+) is no
longer received, the electromagnet detaches turning
off the generator.
