7.4 Motor Positon Control without slide wire feedback:
In Motor Positon Control without slide wire feedback control, user has to set the
operating time required for a valve to change from the fully closed position to the fully
open position. With the preset operating time, the controller controls the valve by
estimating the position. There is no need for feedback input wiring.
When in manual operation you can directly manipulate the controller’s output terminals.
Pressing Increment key sends the valve into opening motion while pressing the
Decrement key sends it to closing motion.
The figure below shows a schematic representation of Motor Positon Control without slide
wire feedback control.
