There is a status light indicator used to determine the functionality and modes of the unit. It is located on the
drawbar for ease of access.
When inactive the system will enter sleep mode to conserve power. To wake the system and check operation,
connect the tow plug to your vehicle and turn on your vehicle.
After a moment, the status light indicator will light up solid green to indicate normal operation.
NEVER spray high pressured water directly at the Trail-Assure™ BG5000. Although the product is weather sealed
and water resistant, high pressure water from items such as pressure washers are outside of the design
limitations of the trailer stability control unit.
