8 Preparing hot water
Prerequisite: The appliance is ready for operation.
Take off the milk canister and place a bowl under the milk shower.
Turn the rotary switch for the milk shower clockwise to open the milk
shower.
The symbol for the milk shower is ashing.
Approximately 90 ml of hot water ows out of the milk shower and into the
bowl. You can conclude this process at anytime by closing the milk shower.
Turn the rotary switch for the milk shower anticlockwise to close the milk
shower.
Repeat the process if the desired quantity of hot water has not been rea-
ched.
