RESOLVING A PROBLEM
Satisfaction with your Mercury Marine product is important to
your dealer and to us. If you ever have a problem, question, or
concern about your product, contact your authorized Mercury
Marine dealership. If you need additional assistance:
1. Talk with the dealership's sales manager or service
manager. Contact the owner of the dealership if the sales
manager and service manager have been unable to resolve
the problem.
2. If your question, concern, or problem cannot be resolved by
your dealership, please contact a Mercury Marine Service
Office for assistance. Mercury Marine will work with you and
your dealership to resolve all problems.
The following information will be needed by Customer Service:
• Your name and address
• Daytime telephone number
• Model and serial numbers for your power package
• The name and address of your dealership
• Nature of the problem
