Chapter 1 Introduction
*Five minutes after the device connected to the powerline adapter is turned o or
inactive, the powerline adapter will automatically switch to Power-Saving Mode.

1.2.2 Physical Interface
Power Plug
The powerline adapter has a Plug that can be connected to a power socket.
Pair/Reset Button
Press and hold the button for 1 second to join a powerline network. Go to Secure
Powerline Network by Pairing for more information.
Press and hold for more than 6 seconds to reset the powerline adapter.
Ethernet Port
Connect the Ethernet port to your wired devices, such as a computer, a router or a
game console, via an Ethernet cable.
Wi-Fi Clone Button
Press and hold the button for 1 second to copy wireless settings from the main
router to the extender. Go to Wi-Fi Clone for more information.
Press and hold the button for about 5 seconds to turn the wireless function on or
o.
The wireless function is on by default.
