This function performs a diode forward voltage check to verify:
diodes,
transistors,
silicon-controlled rectifiers (thyristors)
and other semiconductor components.
This function tests a semiconductor junction by passing a current through it and
measuring the voltage drop across the junction.
Indication of the junction voltage in the forward direction from 0 to 2.6V in a
single range (10V range): forward polarization.
Reading of the threshold voltage; if the
circuit is open or the threshold of the
diode >4V, the indication is OL.

Zener diode or LED: selecting this
diode applies the same function as for
the diode above but with a maximum
voltage of 26V and a maximum current
of 10mA.
