Calibrating the Volume
1. Remove the sample port nuts from ports 1 and 2. Make sure the ferrules and O-rings are
also removed.
2. Place the ferrules and O-rings on the stems of the calibration volume chamber.
3. Insert the calibration volume chamber into the ports. Tighten the sample port nuts hand-
tight.
4. Manually evacuate the chamber for 20 minutes.
5. Open valves 10, 6, 1, 2, 11, and 12.
