Performing a Reference Material Analysis
1. Prepare three reference material samples as described in the data sheet included with the
reference material.
2. Install the sample tubes on the analysis ports.
3. Fill the Dewar with LN
2
and check the level using the dipstick.
4. Place the Dewar on the elevator and close the sample compartment door.
5. Select Unit [n] > Service > PCP Analysis.
6. Select Nitrogen Reference or Krypton Reference (for Krypton units) for Analysis
Type, then click
Start.
7. Record the name, part number, lot number, multipoint surface area and area tolerance of
the reference material on the checklist.
8. When the analysis is complete, view the reports and make sure the results are within
specification.
