Performing a Volume Chamber Analysis
1. Make sure the reference volume chamber is connected to ports 1 and 2.
2. Evacuate the chamber through valves 1 and 2. When the manifold pressure goes below 5
mmHg, open valves 11 and 12 and continue evacuation for 20 minutes.
3. Place the Dewar on a stand so that the calibration volume device is completed lowered
into the Dewar.
