2.31 U0: Force cooling operation not performed

Description
 Forced cooling operation is set by switch S10 but it not performed in 30 minutes after power-on.
 All units stop running.
 Error code is only displayed on the master unit.
Trigger / recover condition
 Trigger condition:
Force cooling operation not performed in 30 minutes after power-on.
 Reset method: Manually restart.
Possible causes
 n11 was not selected for force cooling operation within 30 minutes after power on.

Select n11 for test operation within 30
minutes after power on
