A llow the oven to cool dow n before
cleaning.
D anger of burning
The oven interior should be cleaned
after each use. If this is not done
subseq uent soiling from baking and
roasting w ill become w orse and
make cleaning harder. In ex treme
cases soiling w ill be impossible to
remove or even cause damage to
the surface material.

W hen baking items w ith a high salt
content (e.g. continental pretz els) place
them on baking parchment in the
universal tray . S odium deposits can
cause lasting discolouration to
P erfectC lean surfaces.

To make cleaning easier

remove the oven door,
–
dismantle the door,
–
take out the runners,
– remove the cataly tic enamelled back
panel.

S eal and insid e o f th e o v en d o o r
G rease desposits on the seal betw een
the inside of the oven door and the
oven interior can cause it to become
brittle and cracked.
It is best to clean the seal and the
inside of the door after each w ith a
Miele E -cloth or a clean sponge and a
solution of hot w ater w ith a little
w ashing-up liq uid. W ipe dry using a
soft cloth.
