Dispensing concentration
The dispensing concentration for liquid
process chemicals is set in the same way for
all dispensing systems. The setting applies
to all programs.
This selection is only available if the corre-
sponding dispensing system is present
(depending on the model).

Cycles until empty
When dispensing liquid process chemicals
from external media canisters, the fill level in
the canister is monitored. You can use the
following function to set the number of pro-
gram sequences (cycles) from which you
want to be warned about the imminently
empty media canisters. The message is dis-
played after switching on the machine and
before every program start.
You can set the number of cycles from 0–
150cycles.

