Faults in the water intake or water drain
Problem Possible cause and solution
One of the following
fault messages is
displayed:
Open water supply The water supply is turned off.
 Turn on the water supply fully.
Water intake Before remedying the fault:
 Turn the dishwasher off with the button.
There is a problem with the water intake.
 Turn on the water supply fully and start the
program again.
 Clean the water intake filter (see “Maintenance”).
 The flow pressure at the water connection is lower
than 30kPa (4.35psi).
Consult a plumber.
The following fault
message appears in the
display:
Drain
Before remedying the fault:
 Turn the dishwasher off with the button.
Water drainage fault.
There might be water in the wash cabinet.
 Clean the filter combination (see “Cleaning and
care, Cleaning the filters”).
 Clean the drain pump (see “Maintenance”).
 Clean the non-return valve (see “Maintenance”).
 Remove any kink or loop in the drain hose.
