Barcode scanners can be connected to the
washer-disinfector through the multiport on the unclean side
and, where available, on the clean side as well.
The following functions are available for barcode scanning:

Scan loading operator - Unclean side

Scan unloading operator

Scan the load
All barcode scanner functions are available at every
operational level. They can be activated independently of
each other.
A maximum of 30 separate load barcodes can be scanned.
The most recently scanned barcode can be removed from
the list, using +C.
The scanned barcodes are transmitted to the wash protocol,
to document users and/or loads.
The configuration of the serial interface for the barcode
scanner is described in the "Programming manual", in the
section on "PC / print functions / Interface configuration".
Activation of the barcode scan is described in the section on
"System functions / Barcode" in the "Programming manual".
When the barcode scan is activated, the steps to follow are
shown in the display.
