solution must only be used in
special containers from "Ecolab" or "Dr.
Weigert" with the matching adapters.

ALWAYS read and comply with the
material safety data sheets from the
manufacturer.
~
Exercise care when handling H
2
O
2
solution - it is a corrosive substance!
Always comply with all applicable
safety regulations!
Use protective eyewear and gloves.
~
Follow the manufacturer's
instructions for disposal of containers.
~
H
2
O
2
solution must NEVER be mixed
with any other processing chemicals.
There is the danger of a violent
chemical reaction, e. g., fulmination
(explosion).
~
Only special tenside detergents
from "Ecolab" or "Dr. Weigert" should be
used.
Connecting the H
2
O
2
container(s)
The line for the H
2
O
2
reservoir is tagged
with a black label. It is delivered without
an adapter because the extraction
systems for each reservoir differ by
manufacturer.

Connect the appropriate adapter
from the manufacturer to the (black)
connection line.

Connect the H
2
O
2
reservoir(s)

Start the service program
DOS2-FILL.
In contrast to the other processing
chemicals, the H
2
O
2
reservoir should
be allowed to completely empty before
you exchange it.
Wait until you see
Fill DOS 2 container
in the display before installing a new
container with H
2
O
2
then start the ser-
vice program
DOS2-FILL.
If the display shows
Check dispensing
system 2
, check the reservoir and
dispensing line. The program
automatically pauses for this.
