Miele PG 8528 - Barcode scanner (optional); Barcode scanner functions

A barcode scanner can be connected to the
washer-disinfector via the multiport on the unclean side or, if
necessary, on the clean side.
The configuration of the serial interface for the barcode
scanner is described in "PC / Printer functions / Interface
configuration" in the Programming manual.
Barcode scanner functions
All the barcode functions are available in every operating
level:

Scan loading operator
–
Scan unloading operator
–
Scan the load
The recorded barcodes will be transferred to the operator
documentation and/or the wash report for the load.
Scan (loading/unloading) operator and Scan the load can be
activated independently of one another. Activating the
functions is described in more detail in "System
functions / Barcode" in the Programming manual.
