Problem Cause and remedy
The drum remains sta-
tionary but the pro-
gramme keeps running.
 Switch the washing machine off and then back on
with the button.
 Note the message in the display.
 Touch the Start/Stopsensor control.
The drum continues to spin and the programme con-
tinues.
