You can add extra options to the wash programs.
Not all extra options can be selected with every program. If an extra
option is not listed, it is not permitted for use with the wash program
in question.
Selecting Options
Touch the Extrassensor button.
Select one or more of the extra options available.
Confirm with the OKsensor button if several extra options are avail-
able.
Pre-wash
A pre-wash can be added for heavily soiled laundry. Coarse soiling is
loosened and removed before the main wash.
Pre-rinse
The laundry is rinsed before the main wash to remove larger quanti-
ties of soiling, e.g., dust, sand.
Rinse plus
An extra rinse can be activated to achieve a more thorough wash re-
sult.
Soak
For heavily soiled and stained items with protein stains. The soak du-
ration is 10minutes.
Intensive
For hard-wearing laundry that is very heavily soiled. Cleaning effi-
ciency is increased through more intense mechanical action and the
application of more heat energy.
Water plus
The water level in the main wash and the rinses will be increased.
Rinse hold
The laundry is not spun after the final rinse and remains in the rinse
water. This helps prevent creasing if the laundry is not going to be re-
moved from the washing machine drum immediately after the end of
the program.
