1) Check procedure of head assy friction.
a) Turn OFF the power of the plotter.
b) Make clamp pressurize
c) Take loading test by hooking on
tension gage (3kg) near head assy
main shaft.
(Normal value is under 2.3 Kgf)
• If tension gage assy is hooked on
front side of head, loading friction
will increase. It is recommended to
hook the position indicated with
red circle.
• When using the tension gage, pull
slowly.
2) Check procedure of gap of main guide
shaft to platen
a) Check with the jig of the main guide
shaft (M006277).
