Adjusting ring volume
You can adjust the volume of the ring tone when a call arrives on an oper-
ator key. You can also adjust the volume of the audio once the call is
answered.
Note: The volume adjustment made in the operator call does not affect the ring
volume setting of personal calls.
Switching active keys
You are in a call and want to answer a call on another operator key or
make another call.
You can switch calls by pressing a key. The active call is automatically
parked.
Choose Company A or Company B, as necessary.
➔An Operator external calls screen appears which allows you to enter the
phone number. You can also enter name using Name dial option.
Enter the caller’s phone number or the caller’s name with Name dial.
➔ If you type in a few characters, the system displays a list of names and num-
bers that correspond to the entered characters.
Select the relevant name from the list.
➔The phone number is dialed. Talk to the caller in hands-free mode or pick up
the handset to converse in handset mode.The icon on the phone displays
information about the call: whether the call is made on behalf of company A,
or made on behalf of company B.
Adjust the volume
Press the key to decrease the ring tone volume.
Press the key to increase the ring tone volume.
Park the call and switch lines
Press an operator key where the new call is signaled.
