2.3 Synchronous Encoder Axis
Synchronous encoder axis type
The following two types of synchronous encoders can be used as the synchronous encoder axis.
Refer to the following for the setting method for each synchronous encoder axis.
Page 58 Setting method for synchronous encoder
When using an incremental synchronous encoder, connect the encoder with the high-speed counter module,
then set "[Pr.320] Synchronous encoder axis type" to "201: Synchronous encoder via CPU".
Control method for synchronous encoder axis
The following controls can be executed for the synchronous encoder axis by using "[Cd.320] Synchronous encoder axis
control start" and "[Cd.321] Synchronous encoder axis control method".
