Memory configuration of cam data
Cam data is arranged in the following 2 areas.
Previously written cam data can be used even after turning the power supply OFF by writing data in the cam storage area.
There is an upper limit to the number of writes to the cam storage area (flash ROM). If the number of writes to
the flash ROM exceeds the upper limit, writing to the flash ROM may be disabled and "Flash ROM write error"
(error code: 1A31H) will occur.
It is recommended that data which is not necessary to be held at the power supply OFF is not written in the
cam storage area with the cam data operation function and the cam auto-generation function.
It is possible to write directly to the cam open area via buffer memory when registering cam data that exceeds the memory
capacity in the cam storage area, etc. (Page 85 Cam data operation function) However, writing must be executed to the
cam open area every time due to clearing the data at the power supply OFF.

power supply OFF.
The cam data that is used in
cam control is stored.
