• In the I/O Assignment tab of the PLC Parameter
dialog box, an intelligent function module was
assigned to the slot for an I/O module. Or vice
versa.
• In the I/O Assignment tab of the PLC Parameter
dialog box, an intelligent function module was
assigned to the slot for an I/O module.
• In the I/O Assignment tab of the PLC Parameter
dialog box, the number of points assigned to the
intelligent function module is less than that of the
mounted module.

• Set the parameter again in the I/O Assignment
tab of the PLC Parameter dialog box according
to the CPU module mounted.
• Delete the switch setting.
• Reset the CPU module and run it again. If the
same error code is displayed again, the cause
is a hardware failure of the CPU module, I/O
module, intelligent function module, or END
cover. (Please consult your local Mitsubishi
representative, explaining a detailed
description of the problem.)

• Reduce the number of A1SI61 modules to only
one in the multiple CPU system. When using
an interrupt module with each QCPU in a
multiple CPU system, replace it with the QI60.
(Use one A1SI61 module + max. three QI60
modules or only the QI60 modules.)
