was the CPU share memory.
• Read the individual information of the
error using the GX Developer, check
the FROM/TO instruction that
corresponds to that numerical value
(program error location), and correct
when necessary.
• The intelligent function module/
special function module that was
accessed is experiencing a hardware
fault. Therefore, change the faulty
module. Alternatively, contact your
local Mitsubishi representative.
