Module is not loaded.
Other than a the intelligent function
module (I/O module)
Intelligent function module other than
the Q series serial communication
module, modem interface module or
Ethernet module
Q series serial communication
module or Ethernet module of
function version A
The intelligent function module where
remote password is available is not
mounted.
Mount the Q series serial
communication module, modem
interface module or Ethernet module of
function version B or later in the position
specified in the head I/O No. of the
remote password file.
