removed from the base).
The other CPUs are also put in reset status.

When this relay goes from OFF to ON, maximum
loaded I/O number is read to SD250.

By turning this relay ON after setting the head I/O
number of the replaced I/O module to SD251, the I/O
module can be replaced online (with power on).
(Only one module can be replaced for each setting.)
Turn this relay ON in the test mode of the program or
peripheral device for an I/O module change during
RUN, or in the test mode of the peripheral device for
an I/O change during STOP.
Do not execute a RUN/STOP mode change until I/O
module change is finished.
