The inspection consists of standard mainte-
nance that can be done directly by the opera-
tor, and of preventive and/or corrective actions
that can be carried out only by the Technical
Service.
As all the electric appliances, this unit needs not
only a correct use but also maintenance and
inspections at regular intervals. This care will
grant a continuous and efficient operation of
the autoclave.
Autoclave EXACTA include self-tests for:
– Vacuum Test (VT)
That can be enabled at any time in order to ver-
ify the hydraulic circuit sealing of the machine.
* ALWAYS VERIFY THE SEALING OF THE
JOINTS AND THE STATUS OF THE TUBES,
REPLACE IN CASE OF WEAR AND TEAR.
– For a good maintenance of the au-
toclave performances, clean period-
ically all the outer surfaces using a
cloth dampened with standard neu-
tral detergent (do not use any corro-
sive or abrasive products).
– Before starting a cycle, accurately
clean the door gaskets using a
dampened cloth (do not use alco-
hol).
– The presence of white spots on the
base of the chamber indicates the
use of poor quality distilled water.
– Do not use the normal abrasive cloth
or metallic brushes (or whatever
abrasive) to clean the metallic parts.
