These equipment are extremely simple and ver-
satile for what concern the operation, they are
provided with a front panel with all the com-
mands and signallings for the correct operation.
EXACTA provides 9 standard programs (6 for
sterilization and 3 for disinfecting), all opti-
mized for the safest and quickest treatment of
the different materials used in the hospital and
dental environment. Besides the operator can
arrange different set points for time and tem-
perature to operate with steriliza-
tion/disinfecting non-standard program.
The equipment consists of: pressure chamber
with heating element, door with clamping lever
and portlight gasket, charge tank for the dis-
tilled water, gathering tank for the used water,
vacuum pumps, one water loading pump and a
series of electrovalves for the hydraulic opera-
tion. Besides one parallel interface and one se-
rial interface are available respectively for a
report print-out of the cycle data and a PC con-
nection.
All the parts are operated and controlled
through a microprocessor that grants the best
efficiency in the different sterilization cycles, in
particular, the heating resistances are checked
to obtain a constant rise gradient of the water
temperature and to keep the vapour at the
right temperature of the selected cycle.
A sterilization cycle includes the following
phases:

First distilled water filling into the steri-
lization chamber
– TERMODYNAMIC VACUUM 1
First air bleeder by thermodynamic sys-
tem
– PRE-VACUUM
Pump air vacuum up to -0.78 bar / -0,83
bar
– FILL2
Second distilled water filling
