* THE USE OF WATER DEMINERALIZED
THROUGH ACID SUBSTANCES COULD
CAUSE THE FOLLOWING EFFECTS:
increase of the oxidation on the
more sensitive materials.
increase of the calcareous resi-
dues on the instruments, trays,
and chamber.
If your autoclave doesn't operate, carry out the
following checks before calling the Technical
Service.
* IF THE MALFUNCTION GOES ON, CALL THE
TECHNICAL SERVICE, AND SUPPLY THE
AUTOCLAVE MODEL AS REPORTED ON THE
BACK PLATE OR ON THE WARRANTY.
PROBLEMS
POSSIBLE CAUSES
SOLUTIONS
The autoclave
doesn't turn on
The main switch of the auto-
clave and/or the automatic
circuit breaker are in OFF po-
sition.
There is no voltage in the a.c.
outlet the appliance is con-
nected.
The fuses are burned.
The power supply cable is not
plugged in.
Put the switches in ON position.
Verify the reason of the lack of voltage in the
socket and try to repair it.
Replace the fuses with others of the same
value ad type (8 A).
Plug in the power cable.
The red warning MIN
is never on or the
green warning MAX is
always on
The charge tank has been
tapped up but the gathering
tank has not been emptied or
the tubing is cloged. The
Empty the gathering and charge tanks; fill up
the main tank with 2 liters of distilled water
and verify the correct signaling of the LEDs.
Verify that the tubing is free.
