Clean the gasket and the port-light with a cloth
dampened with water or vinegar (do not use
alcohol) to eliminate the calcareous residues.
To clean the mirror surface of the port-light use
a non-abrasive cloth dampened with a deter-
gent for inox.
For a good maintenance of the autoclave, peri-
odically you have to carry out the cleaning of all
the outer surfaces using a cloth dampened with
neutral detergents or more simply with water.
For the desultory disinfecting of the outer sur-
faces, you can use either denatured alcohol or
detergents with a minimum percentage of so-
dium hypochlorite (or similar).
Clean accurately (every week) the sterilization
chamber, the holder, and the trays with a non-
abrasive cloth dampened with water or stand-
ard detergent for inox or aluminium. Then rinse
with alcohol and water at the end.
Replace the bacteriological filter unscrewing
the old filter. Be sure that the new filter is cor-
rectly screwed in order to avoid any leakage in
the hydraulic circuit.
