왘 Select a character and confirm this by clicking on
the Select button.
왘 Click on OK and the special character you have
selected will be inserted at the cursor position.
The text on a page can be up to 32 lines. In the MI4
you can scroll through the text with the Up and Down
arrow keys.
Digression: Moving objects via the clipboard
Texts can be inserted via the clipboard from a text
editor, for example, or copied from one page to
another. To do so, use the Cut, Copy and Paste
functions in the Edit menu or the icons:
Cut object
Copy object
Paste object.
Cut object:
왘 Select the object with the mouse and remove it
from the display field with the Cut function. The
selected object is transferred to the clipboard.
Copy object:
왘 Select the object with the mouse and send a copy
to the clipboard with the Copy function.
왘 Place the cursor in the destination position and
select Paste to copy the object from the clipboard
to the cursor position.
