3.3.7 Service Counters (con’t)
The following Service Settings are adjustable by the Authorised Service Agents:-
Use the ‘Up’ / ‘Down’ scroll keys to scroll through the service menu settings.
The Count for the number of times the Oven Hi Temperature Alarm has operated
screen will display.
The Count for the number of times the Proofer Temperature Probe has failed (open/
closed circuit or out of range) screen will display.
The Count for the number of times the Proofer Hi Temperature Alarm has operated
screen will display.
The Count for the number of times the Proofer Humidity Probe has failed (open/closed
circuit or out of range) screen will display.
The Count for the number of times the Proofer Water Heater Probe has failed (open/
closed circuit or out of range) screen will display
The Count for the number of times the Proofer Water Heater Hi Temperature Alarm has
operated screen will display.
The Count for the number of times the Proofer Water Low Level Alarm has operated
screen will display.
Scroll down to the ‘Exit’ menu and press the Programming Key ‘P’ to exit the Service
Menu. The programming light ‘Prog’ will go out.
