Operands

address
if
the
character

hexadecimal
operand.
The
relative
offset
(specified
by
the
0 command)
is
added
to
the
value
entered
to
generate
the
absolute
address.

POINTER
1'he
current
value
of
the
memory
address
pointer
may
be
specified
for
the
operand
by
using
the
character
"$".
This
is
useful
when making
calculations
of
parameters
relative
to
the
address
in
memory.

SUBTRACTED
NUMBERS
Hexadecimal
aritnmetic
operations
may
be
performed
in
line
as
operands
are
entered.
This
is
very
useful
for
adding
offsets
and
if
used
with
the
implied
memory
address
pointer,
for
canputing
relative
branch
addresses.
