3.29 F-FILL COMMAND

The F canmand is used to fill the block of Target menx>ry "s" through 11ft,
wi th the data "d". Each location is checked to verify the operation aoo if
any location fails to fill, an error message is printed. The complete fill
is attempted even if some locations may fail.
