The R command (any format) is used to display the Z80 CPU register values
~lich are updated and displayed any tline a breakpoint is encountered or when
single/multi-stepping.
Format (1) will cause the Z80 registers to be printed with the optional
heading. The number of registers printed and the heading is specified by
fornlats (2) and (3).
Format (2) is used to specify the number of register pairs to be printed and
is a hexadecimal number between 0 and 0DH. Once the number of register
pairs is specified it remains until changed with the R command.
