2-6 Dual-Radio Operation: Feature Operation
2.3.13 Siren/PA
The Siren/PA must be connected directly to the Primary Radio for correct operation. When
configured properly the siren and PA features will work when either radio is selected (see Chapter 3,
"Codeplug Configuration"). The External Radio feature will only work for the Primary Radio. This is
due to the routing configuration of the Primary Radio’s receive audio to the Siren/PA. The Auxiliary
Radio’s receive audio is not routed to the Siren, and there is no audio routing between the mobiles.
