Note: You can set up e-mail with your
company's Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.

setting up e-mail
You can set up an e-mail on your phone
to check and send messages. There are
two ways to set up e-mail:
automatically or manually. If you have a
Hotmail or Pocket MSN account, see Hotmail
E-mail Setup on page 24.
Note: Some cell phone providers charge for
e-mail services. Contact your cell provider for
more information regarding service fees and
charges.
automatic e-mail set up
Some e-mail providers allow for
automatic e-mail set up. Have your e-mail
address, username, and password ready and:
1 Press Start > Messaging > Outlook E-mail .
2 Select Menu > Options > New Account .
3 In Your name , enter your display name for
e-mail messages.
4 In E-mail address , enter the e-mail address for
this account.
5 Select Attempt to obtain e-mail settings from the
Internet and select Next
.
Note: If the account sets up successfully, you
will be prompted to send and receive e-mail.
