Why is the flavor not dispensing from my Multiplex Dispenser?
If the flavor is not dispensing from your Multiplex Dispenser, make sure there is a product bag in the slot and that it is not empty; replace it if needed. Verify that the product was installed correctly according to the installation guide; try removing and reloading the flavor bag. If the motor operates when a drink is selected, the product bag may be empty or nearly empty, replace if needed; you can also try priming the flavor slot. If the motor doesn't engage, further assistance is needed.
