Location
It is possible to allow apps to use data to define the phone location and to allow the Google
service to use the location data to ex. fine tune the search results.
Before use of the location services such as the map, navigation or web service apps you
should verify if the wireless Internet connection is active and the positioning mode is
selected in [App Menu] [Settings] [Location].
When the Wi-Fi connection is active, you can use useful apps that require the Internet
connection, such as:
[Google Play]
[Chrome] browser designed by Google Inc.
[Internet] basic Internet browser
[Gmail] Google e-mail account
[Mail] other mail account
[Maps]
etc.

Troubleshooting
In case of any problems with the device we recommend saving the data and restarting the
phone. If the problem persists, read the tips below and follow suggestions in case of a
particular type of problem.
SD memory card - verify if it is properly installed in the SD card slot. If the problem
persists, use a different SD card.
USB verify if the phone is properly connected to another device. Check the USB
connection type in your phone settings (the shortcut is available on the notification
screen). If the problem persists, use a different USB cable.
Internet / Wi-Fi check if the phone works in airplane mode (airplane mode disables
any wireless network functions). Check the network range. Check if the function is
turned on in the phone.
Bluetooth check Bluetooth device visibility options. Make sure that both devices are
in range of Bluetooth connection and if there are no obstacles between them (curious
detail some LCD monitors absorb magnetic waves). Make sure that both devices
have enough free memory to share files. Make sure that both devices work in airplane
mode (airplane mode blocks the Bluetooth).
Sounds make sure that the sound in the phone is not muted and control other sound
settings. Verify if the cable is properly plugged in the miniJack 3.5 mm socket.
Some miniJack plugs may vary and this might be a reason try another cable.
Pictures and screenshots verify if the camera lens is not covered. Verify if the device
has enough free memory on the SD card. Verify if the SD card is properly seated.
Although the battery is charged, its level of charge drops continuously turn off all
options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and decrease the screen brightness (those options
are the most power consuming), then use the airplane mode. Those simple steps
speed up the phone charging. It is recommended to charge the device using the
adapter, not the USB socket.
If the problem persists, contact the phone producer.
