FAULT CONDITION
LED
Red LED (AN1) indicates following codes:
LED OFF No power to control or control hardware fault detected
LED ON Normal operation
1 Flash High limit switch open
2 Flashes Pressure switch open with inducer on
3 Flashes Pressure switch closed with inducer off
4 Flashes Control in 1 hour lockout
5 Flashes L1/Neutral Polarity problem
6 Flashes Too many limit trips within one call for heat
7 Flashes Pressure switch cycle lockout
8 Flashes Lockout due to too many fl ame dropouts
9 Flashes Not used
10 Flashes Flame present with gas valve off
A green LED (AN2) is provided to indicate high heat state
LED OFF No demand for high heat
LED ON High heat demand, operating normally
LED Flashing High heat demand, high pressure switch not closed

The control stores the last 5 fault codes in memory. When the push button switch is pressed, the
control will fl ash the stored fault codes when the switch is released. The most recent fault code is
fl ashed fi rst, the oldest last.
Fault history may be cleared by holding the push button switch for more than 5 seconds.
